Engagement snapshot
Group psychiatric practice adding Spravato to three existing office locations
- Goal
- Launch a REMS-compliant Spravato service across three sites within 90 days while expanding access, protecting billing integrity, and keeping quality and safety at accreditation level.
- What we did
- Led REMS certification for the practice and each site; built the two-hour observation protocol; trained nursing and clinical staff on REMS reporting; configured prior authorization and buy-and-bill workflows; deployed intake, assessment, and discharge templates; and set up a quality dashboard tracking access, revenue per treatment, documentation completeness, and time-to-launch by site.
- Result
- All three sites certified and treating patients within 86 days; first prior authorization approved within 48 hours; 98%+ clean-claim rate; no REMS audit findings at six-month review; and patient access expanded by roughly 40 slots per week across the group.
How we approach Spravato Program Launch
- REMS enrollment, pharmacy onboarding, and two-hour observation workflow design.
- Staffing model, prior authorization, buy-and-bill billing, and documentation templates.
- Patient screening, scheduling, discharge planning, and outcome tracking.
