Engagement snapshot

Group psychiatric practice adding Spravato to three existing office locations

Goal
Launch a REMS-compliant Spravato service across three sites within 90 days while expanding access, protecting billing integrity, and keeping quality and safety at accreditation level.
What we did
Led REMS certification for the practice and each site; built the two-hour observation protocol; trained nursing and clinical staff on REMS reporting; configured prior authorization and buy-and-bill workflows; deployed intake, assessment, and discharge templates; and set up a quality dashboard tracking access, revenue per treatment, documentation completeness, and time-to-launch by site.
Result
All three sites certified and treating patients within 86 days; first prior authorization approved within 48 hours; 98%+ clean-claim rate; no REMS audit findings at six-month review; and patient access expanded by roughly 40 slots per week across the group.

How we approach Spravato Program Launch

  • REMS enrollment, pharmacy onboarding, and two-hour observation workflow design.
  • Staffing model, prior authorization, buy-and-bill billing, and documentation templates.
  • Patient screening, scheduling, discharge planning, and outcome tracking.
